[Gameplay] Taric bug/Honor Screen/Runes Warning

Everytime me and my friend played on intermediate against a taric he would always AFK between 1 tier and 2 tier turret. Free kills all game long even after inhibs been destroyed. Sometimes i don´t get a chance to honor a teammate. Everytime i end a game i get the see the new runes page warning, and if i click on it instead of X i get the old runes page!
