[Exploit] Heimerdinger Avoid AFK

Sometimes i play co-op to help new players, when i came across this: A Heimerdinger was afk using his turrets to hit krugs. Method: 1- Set the turret near the krugs 2- Sit on bush 3- By the time the krugs get near heimerdinger they have reset and go to spawning area. 4- Repeat. A Picture to try to understand. Just to tell, that somehow he didnt got disconected from the entire game. Fix this riot please.
