New Client constantly pops up over top of other windws.

As the title says, I'll just be idle in a lobby waiting for people and while Browsing the web, the client pops up on top of other windows, it does this every 15 seconds or so... this is not during the champ select, but while at any point in the lobby screen waiting on people to select their roles.

This new client is absolute garbage.
