[GAMEPLAY] Couldn't trade in champ-select, both people own both champs (Orianna for Janna)

I was queued with friends for ranked. They picked my main, Janna . I picked them Orianna . When the time came, the trade option wouldn't appear for either of us. They double checked after I dodged and do indeed own Orianna.

I haven't had this issue before, and haven't tried recreating it.
