Sound and tooltip bugs with Jayce

The first bug is that the proc of his first attack in cannon form is missing its sound effect, this applies to all skins including battle academia.

Second bug is that his abilities have misplaced titles for hammer form abilities and R (in both forms). In hammer form (but not cannon form, that has no issues), his ability titles are called "hammer skill/ cannon skill" instead of just "hammer skill" for q, w and e. For his R, it's called "mercury cannon/ hammer" and vice versa for cannon form when the correct name should be "transform: mercury hammer" (when in cannon form) and "transform: mercury cannon" (when in hammer form).
