Suspended for 14 days? I was literally positive every game after warning.

HI I got chat restriction a few days ago. This tells me that I need to improve my behaviour. So I proceeded to play MANY games ONLY making positive comments. If I didn't have anything nice to say I didn't say anything at all. I know this for sure because I really want my chat restriction to go away so I've been paying particular attention to be positive and not being negative in any way. However, I logged on today and says that my account has been suspended until nov 21. I've been playing many coop vs AI to get rid of my chat restriction, and I didn't make any bad comments only thing I said was "Lets have a good and fast game :)". I have played only one PVP game and I muted everyone at start to avoid conflict. Didn't make a single comment in that game. So I don't understand why I suddenly got a 14 day ban when I know for sure I was positive in every game I played after the chat restriction notice from a few days ago. (read chat for prove). Please look into this and thank you.

My other question is, will I still get end of season awards as a result of this ban?
