In-game bug

Randomly I enter a game and NONE of my abilities respond to their bindings. I have a razor Naga mouse and a keyboard. I have changed my bindings before only to have this still happen. In-game I can only type in chat but outside of the chat box I cant hit any of my spells on my keyboard or bound to my mouse buttons (They ONLY work if I click on them).

It happens randomly and the only way for me to fix it sometimes is to leave the game and reconnect, but other times like in my last ranked game as volibear , I had to restart my computer in order for LoL make it work. It isn't a hardware issue on my side because for all the other games I play on this computer have none of this happening were it only happens in league.

So anyone else have this?
