xayah can ult while cc'd
was playing versus a xayah as lux, happened to me three times in one game where i landed my snare and her then combo'd e/r but she ults and dodges the combo even though she was already snared

I believe that she is supposed to be able to ult during a snare. If she's moving around while snared though, that's a bug.
Don't quote me on this, I'm not completely sure.
This is working as intended. Xayah can ult while snared, due to the fact that the main part of her ult is the Untargetable and damage. But, she will not be able to move until the snare wears off. Unlike Fizz's Playful/Trickster, where the idea behind it was more for mobility
