performance bug with new shaco animation?

so since the changes occationally id ult and if a lot of stuff is going on the screen will hard freeze for about 1,5 seconds. does not happen on anyone else. i was playin shaco before the changes and it never happend it seemed like it was most consistent after a grag ultimate. anyone else have this issue? ( accidently posted this is art and sound so reposting lol sorry if uv'e already seen this mb)
