Vladimir E bug?

Lately in my vlad games I've noticed vlad's E sometimes just disappears out of no where, in the middle of charging it. Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes I'm experiencing this so often, got me killed multiple if not thousands of times already...IM REALLY LOOKING FOR A FIX

Yes this has been happening to me too. His e animation just doesn’t work.
