Champ select Ban Button Broken

I clicked the Ban button and get the pressed button animation but it returns back to being not pressed.

Pls, don't give me penalty !!!

BTW I have a perfect online connectivity.

Not Only the Ban Button the Whole Champ select is bugged since the update.

Pls Fix
