Can JARVEN IV be the Lich King??

As by the lore, jarven is a brave prince who fights along side of his comrades but he was defeated in combat by Swain and urgot <sad> and became silent & fully determined to bring back his honor.In bringing back his honor he gave up on fighting bandits and ventured south of the great barrier and didn't return for a long period of time. Now this is where things get interesting, and I quote from the lore "After many had assumed the worst, he returned to glorious fanfare on the streets of Demacia. His Demacian plates were adorned with the bones and scales of creatures unknown. His eyes bore the wisdom of someone twice his age. Of the twelve soldiers who had departed with him, only two returned. In a tone as cold and steady as steel, he swore to bring the enemies of Demacia to their knees."

here, we see that he has returned but the way in which he returns as with his armor plates adorned with bones and scales of creature UNKNOW.In lich king's armor there are bones and strange scale plates.The lich king and jarven IV reassemble a lot like his crown<compare them> you will see the gemstone at the same place for both.

's Lore can be expanded (i.e) J4's future self can be portraited differently has an overlord, tyrant. And his Ult is actually cataclysm kinda shows how he reacts when he reaches his extreme.

So my question is where is the lich king skin yet?? don't tell me it is the darkforce skin!!!
