GangPlank Barrels and HealthBar

So with Gangplank I've recently seen that his barrels dont show the countdown that appear on top of the barrels. Is this something i missed with a patch or a bug? and Another thing is My healthbar appears black, and kind of bugs when i get hit by flashing the red health.
