Shop Issues

When I spend IP in the shop, the amount of IP in my "bank" doesn't change unless I go "home" then go back into the store. Not only that, but if I continue to play immediately after purchasing from the store using IP, the amount displayed in my "bank" gets updated but but the store still thinks i have the same IP that I had after my last purchase, so I can't actually buy unless I restart the client. Strange things... I've only had this issue since the most recent patch update with 's release and I've already sent in all my bug splats and fixed my corrupted files and whatnot.
