[Client] [Crash]Unable to Load After Champion Selection

I've searched endlessly for the answer of this bug/glitch . I've attempted several older posts on "how to's" however those did not fix it. As stated in the title, it is clearly something that has occurred before however I have turned up empty handed in a working answer. I can log into LoL without an issue but when I go to play a match and after champion selection has passed I cannot load into the game for some time (multiple retries). My allies of course, ignorant in the fact that this is something I am gambling on; I can load in without delay once in a blue moon. This bug has only just started happening as of a few patches ago. Any ideas on how to correct this, thanks!

EDIT: I am also starting to get punished for this bug and I would greatly enjoy not getting temp. banned.
