Being a Blitzcrank main, I've noticed over many, many games that my e is slow to activate or doesn't work at all! Pull someone in andddddd e? hello? Once again my e let me down by NOT knocking up... Either the e is bugged or the range needs to be increased slightly...
For A proper bug report a video would really help , but I'm pretty sure you're not activating It at the proper time first off there is no range to your e it's just simply your next auto attack. And as a quick question that I've discovered in my aram do you activate it before you pull ?

Dude, it's an aa. Blitzcrank is melee. This would not be the solution to the problem :V
Anyway, it's supposed to rest your aa timer. If that's not working, then get some video evidence to help out. Also, check out his aa animation and make sure you're not cancelling it accidentally by moving too early?
