[CLIENT]Circumflex accent not working in the in-game chat

Here is my problem. When I try to type the circumflex accent in the in-game chat it doesn't work at all. I don't remember this when this problem started but it's been a while.

The cause of the problem seems to be linked to the trinket hotkey because if I unbind it, then I can type circumflex accent in the chat. I tried binding the trinket to other keys but it doesn't solve the issue and if I bind it to circumflex accent then it get worse : when I type something in the chat it adds randomly circumflex accents like "he^l^lô".

I'm using an azerty keyboard and this problem occurs only in LOL. My game is set to english.

Because of this problem I can't tell my teamates if I think something is funny or if I'm joking using the smiley ^^ and I can't show to them my inner cat with (=^..^=) :(
