[GAMEPLAY]Nidalee's spear doesn't always proc Hunt on monsters

Explanation : As Nidalee, when you use a spear at max range on a monster, the monster takes damages but Nidalee's Hunt passive doesn't proc on it.

Intended behaviour : The monster should be hunted.

Steps to reproduce :

1. Go in a custom game with Nidalee
2. Position yourself at the max range of your spear from a monster
3. Use a spear(Q spell) on the monster
