[Client] Decay Warning Doesn't Show Up During Promos

Normally, after 28 days of not playing, you will decay. When you have < 9 days left, you get a warning every time you log in. Playing a game will make the warning go away, as you are no longer in danger.

When you are in promos, you have 28 days to complete the entire series (I believe this is intended behaviour). Again, when you have < 9 days left, you get a warning every time you log in. If you play a game AFTER receiving this warning WITHOUT finishing the series, the warning will go away. This leads the player to believe that they are no longer in danger of decaying.

Observed behaviour: Decay Warning disappears after playing a game, without finishing the series.

Expected behaviour: Decay Warning stays until series has been completed.

Repro steps:

1. Qualify for a series in ranked
2. Wait 20 days to receive the decay warning
3. Play a match without completing the series
4. Decay Warning is gone
