[Gameplay] Xin Q continuously applies to inhibitors
As Xin, activating your Q while taking an inhibitor (and probably Nexus but did not test) applies the bonus damage from Q but doesn't use a stack, allowing Xin to get a ton of extra damage when taking inhibitors.
- Attack inhibitor with normal autos and note damage
- Activate Q and attack more than 3 times
- Note the increased damage until your Q times out
