Final Boss Veigar

The Final Boss Veigar skin has a unique sound that plays when you execute a minion with your Q, earning a stack of AP. There is a bug that causes this sound to play when the minion is NOT executed by your Q, but dies after your Q passes through it and is still midair.

Not exactly gamebreaking, but could still stand to be fixed.
