[GAMEPLAY] Shyvana's E in Dragon form do not hit target in initial area of cone

Just watch the video. Its hard to explain (for me, cause not native speaker), but easy to see. Cone AoE starts in center of the Dragon, not in front of head, thats why, i think, this is a bug. You can reproduce it 10\10 times, just create a custom game, pick shyvana, get lvl6, use ult and try to hit with E anyone in melee range.
