[Gameplay] Rek'Sai tunnel bug

This is rly old bug, plz... If you enter in tunnel 1 and spam on tunnel 2, tunnel 2 goes CD, but Reksai does not pass through it. You can repeat this bug 10/10 times. Reksai should insta pass throuth or wait until she can.
