[GAMEPLAY] Enemy is allowed to cast spells while standing on Soraka's Equinox.

• Type of Bug: In-game bug. • Description: Enemy was allowed to commit a spellcast while being on Equinox field. • Video / Screenshot: https://youtu.be/akyrIj8iLVI • Reproduction steps: Tell enemy to start teleporting somewhere. Cast E under his destination point to silence him when he finishes channel. Enemy should be "spamming" the desired spell key during the duration of teleport channel. • Expected result: No spellcasting until silence field ends. • Observed result: Enemy is allowed to commit one spellcast right after finishing teleport. • Reproduction rate: 10/10.

Additional note: it works the same way if you replace teleport with untargetability effect such as stasis, Vlad's pool or Lissandra's ult. It also exists all time since her rework.
