Mundo's cleaver is invisible!

just wanted to tell you something really annoying. It's a bug. Whenever Mundo throws his cleaver, it is invisible and almost impossible to dodge since you don't see it. Could you please fix it? Thanks! ;)

For a LONG time (maybe ever), there was a bug where, whenever Mundo died, his cleaver would disappear (visually and in effect) mid-air (often resulting in lost kills). It was incredibly annoying. I noticed that that bug was recently fixed. Since then, there has been this bug (I pay as Mundo a lot). While my death cleavers live to kill on, often my normal cleavers are invisible to the other team.
Though I'm not sure that this bug didn't exist before the other cleaver fix, I had never gotten complaints from enemies about it. It seems that when it happens, it only effects the enemy's sight of the cleavers.
After reading around a bit, and thinking of other issues that I've seen (Sion's ult not working, invis nid spears, etc). I'm wondering if there is a connection. People have found that Sion's Ult bug, for instance, supposedly initiates whenever he dies during the animation. I'm wondering if the same may be true for Mundo and Nid? Perhaps they die mid Q and then when they come back, the visual is broken? It's a long shot, but if it is the case, you can kill multiple birds with one stone.
I had a game, for instance, where EVERYONE on my team was getting rekt, including myself with 0/5. Suddenly my enemies complain about invis cleavers. Maybe that 5th death was mid-cleaver toss? I ended up carrying to Victory with 13/5. Dem invis cleavers pretty OP :) Maybe, they were invis all game and they just mentioned it after I started getting kills. Also, I've never visually "seen" the invis cleavers, only my enemies have complained. But, like I said, I think it would be worth checking out.
Lol i had this a while ago... it went away after one game, but something similar happend on a cass game, her miasma never showed up on my screen... really sucked cause it was super hard to keep track of where the miasma had spread without seeing it, and she was kinda fed. she would 3 hit me with twin fang.
once again only happend once but this is a problem. fix plz :D
Noticed a few things similar to this, Mundo cleavers, Nidalee Spears (Particles show tho), and Cassiopiea miasma. These abilities seem to be invisible at times.
Nida have same bug whenever she throws spear from brush. Easy to notice in top brush mid lane.

I'd left a similar message in another thread regarding Rageborn Mundo, but would you mind attaching a copy of your DXDiag, so we could hopefully grab more info on the issue? :3 It appears to be something that isn't happening on all machines.
