I'm sure some of you also have this issue (and I haven't read any posts about this). But why is it in some cases the Team Builder Chat becomes unavailable at certain times for no reason?

Does anyone else have this problem?

I have also had that message in various queues for no reason (wasn't any kind of chat restricted)
