Remake after first blood (Gameplay)

Alright, so as the title suggests, we had someone on our team give up first blood, but then people made a remake vote on the person who was "AFK".

For context, Teemo went into lane and just stood in place for the first three minutes of the game, and told us to tell the enemy team that he was AFK after they pushed into our tower. Well, that never happened, and he then ran in when it gave us the option to vote, and ended up giving first blood. When the option to vote came up, it gave us all five markers for Yes/no for each player.

TL:DR : Teemo tried to cheese, failed, and game ended up with a remake and him getting demoted.
