Cannot Connect to Games (and getting punished for it)

So, I launch and log into the client perfectly fine. I join queue, and get through Champion select without Issue, but as soon as Champion select ends and the game starts, I magically can't connect to the game? I tried reconnecting twice, then I decided I would restart the Client to try reconnecting again, but then I couldn't even login, this has occurred numerous times within the past month and a half, and I don't want to be punished for something that I can't necessarily control. I've gotten a warning already, I don't know what I'll get this time because I never leave games so I don't know what the punishment will be, I got the first warning just a few days ago because of the same problem.
