Disconnected from the game

After each game I have been disconnected from the internet for like 1-2 mins, it only happens when i play league and not in any other circumstance. It actually started a few days after the latest patch, all of a sudden the game forced me to download files to "repair" not sure why I have never had that happen before to my memory and all of a sudden Ive been disconnecting. any ideas what could be happening?
