Got a Leaver Buster for not being able to connect to a game.

For the last two to three days I have been trying to fix an error that involved getting a Leaver Buster for "being afk" in a ranked match. What happened was the game went to go load in like normal, and then wouldn't display the current game. It seemed like the game kicked me out, so I tried to log back in and instead got booted out of the program. Logged in a Third time, "Game Currently in Progress" appears, but the game does not let me reconnect to the game (At this point its been almost two minutes since the game started). I opened the Hextech Repair Tool and used that to try and fix the issue, nothing came up wrong or corrupted. I initiated a full repair thinking that would help, would not reconnect. I opened the virus and clean up systems on my computer to find corrupted files of some sort, nothing came up corrupted. Thirty minutes later, I just gave up and chose to work on it in the morning. Submitted a support ticket over the issue. I get Blitzcrank bot telling me that "you're using wifi, your connection which is a 89 out of 100 to our standards is not the greatest connection." I can't put an ether net cable into my laptop because it does not have a slot for one. I would need to get some adapters for that and a disc reader. I submitted another ticket, this one for finding out I got the Buster, and asking exactly what it does to my account. (Nothing showed up like a suspension or feedback report for this which makes me think that it only effects my lp gain if I win a match. Did not have a time suspension or Low Priority Queue set.) They send me a feedback report that states:

"THE BEST WAY TO UNDERSTAND YOUR SUSPENSION IS THROUGH YOUR IN-CLIENT REFORM CARD. WE ONLY REVERSE BANS THAT ARE CLEARLY ERRORS MADE BY THE SYSTEM. WE DO NOT GIVE SECOND CHANCES ON ACCOUNTS, OR TAKE INTO ACCOUNT WHO STARTED IT."

A. I wasn't suspended, had a Buster which didn't prevent me from playing matches yesterday. B. Did not receive a reform card. C. I provided enough evidence that showed that this could very well be an error on their part due to the fact that I had used their repair tool to fix their game and nothing worked.

As of right now, nothing has been addressed from the third ticket sent for this, showing what the feedback listed above states. If anyone can explain what this Leaver Buster does to my account, by all means please do. I have tried looking this up and there really is nothing showing what it effects. I think its less lp per win, but I can be wrong.
