Constant Crashing / Bugsplatting after Game Start - Possible Resolution!!

**Resolution to problem is stated by the fellow called Matopulos in the reddit link.

Earlier today, I was crashing constantly following a new Windows 10 update and a subsequent League patch of some sort. Game starts -> massive stuttering / frozen screen and no response to any inputs. Forced shut down was the only option.

**After entering the Xbox App and turning off Video DMR in the Settings, the game has been going without problems again.

Anything else I tried did not help.
