"something unexpected happened when trying to crate your lobby"

que pops, I accept, A few of us pick intended champs. then I'm returned to "Home" screen. an error message says "something unexpected happened when trying to crate your lobby". then I am returned to that champ select and somebody says "wtf" "wtf i cant pick my champ". so I try to ban warwick and every time I click him i get an error message. then the client kinda crashes or something. went to a buggy screen so i closed it and came here. aaaand I got a next level penalty for dodging..

Cant there be some bug detector that doesnt penalize you? this is the second time I had a bug cause dodge penalty. last time the enemy banned a champ and I was given no time at all to ban lmao.
