Black screen at champ select [CLIENT] [CRASH]

Only tested this with ARAM recently, but the match is accepted by everyone. Then the client stays in place, but it hangs on the transitional black screen and never loads. I have tried over a dozen suggested fixes with no avail. The only fix that has worked is completely removing the client, and then reinstalling after a restart.
