Client force dodge

was in champ select, last second in the client kicks me out and says it's unable to start my game, and freezes my client so I cannot rejoin the game. I close out, restart, and it tells me that my promos were cancelled due to inactivity. It ended my 1-1 promo series to diamond 3. help??
