Varus's "E" Hail of Arrows is Sometimes Invisible.

Through my past experiences in patch 5.15 (when I was able to play it,couldn't login since yesterday) I played against a Varus,and once in a while he would use his e and I would see nothing of it half the time,all I was able to do was accidentally walk in to them and be slowed.I had no idea where they were,all I saw was Varus put his bow up as he did normally but none of the arrows were shown.I know this may be short for a Report a Bug Board,but that's all I had to say.
