DISENCHANTING SKINS, BUT DIDNT GET ANY BLUE ESSENCE?

When I disenchant a champion shard it gives me blue essence, and I can see it in the top corner, but when I ex. restart the game I didnt actually get any blue essence at all, and my skin is gone? I think there's some kind of bug, so now I have disenchanted like 5 skins, but still havent got any blue essence? And I cant buy any champs, so it isnt because its a bug that shows fx. 1300 blue essence, where in reality its like 5000, but It's a bug in it self, where I disenchant my skins but dont get anything from it, not even the blue essence it says it will give me from doing so?
