Disconnecting Randomly From Game and Cannot Return to the Game

So, I've experienced this type of bug twice in the past 2 weeks. One of them I was playing with a party of my friends, and the other solo. In a game randomly about 10-11 minutes in, 3 of the 4 of my friends dc'ed from the game and couldn't get back in, we were thrown straight into the home screen. We checked op.gg and it seems we were dc'ed from the game and it's still going on. Then, this happened again a few nights ago again, and I disconnected around the same time, 10-11 minutes in, playing Twitch and I just randomly dc'ed again. I checked the boards and it seemed some players had experienced this issue so it's not just me.
