Kayne shop issue.

So I made a new rune/mastery page with kayne involving the predator rune/mastery. The shop was bugged as the boots were blanked out and when i bought item components the main items price wouldnt go down. For example, when I bought hunters talisman, stalkers blades price remained 1000. It was fixed when I transformed into shadow kayne. Is anyone else having this problem? What made it worse was I couldn't buy any item unless I had the max price as the components weren't reducing it's price.
