Mastery tab and Match edit Not Loading

Lets get right down to it. I tried to log in, make some adjustments to a few item sets, masteries, and runes for a couple of marksman champs I use... Well guess what? Mastery tab will NOT load. Relogged 4 times, and no difference. Tried firing up a match, and got an insta-match. BUT GUESS WHAT!? Selecting to edit my masteries via the champ selection screen CRASHED ME! Now I have a 6 minute "dodge" penalty to deal with. Still CAN NOT access my mastery tab either.
