[Client] I can't buy champs, rune pages, or anything with the right amount of IP

Hi there,

I found a bug on the client, whenever I have the right amount of IP to buy something (champion shards, champions, runes, etc...), it just says that I don't have enough RP or IP, while I do have enough.
