Can no longer Update too Beta

Back in 2016 when Open Beta came out i was able to Update to the new client. a good month go by, i open up LoL to play When i hit Launch either a pop up happen here or doing lobby section on game loading screen a pop up, pops up saying do you want to report something went wrong. something like that. So i had to uninstall LoL still didn't fix. I had to Factory Restore it [zombie-nunu-bummed] yeah smh. But it fixed the problem so something in the files went missing or broken. Now as of today 2/23/17 there a new update only for the New Clients. The new training thingy. It been like 4 months since i had that pop up and not really but kinda forgot about the problem i had w/the new client so i click on it thinking it work for old client as well. and then i hit launch and boom the demon pop up again.

whats up with this problem i know im not the only one getting it, i know in passed it happen in game loading screen but mines more evolved around the new client update. Is there a way to fix this.
