Xin Zhao Q bug

I don't know why it was been happening, but after the 5.3 patch xin zhao's q hasn't been working properly. It's supposed to give a knockup on the third attack, however 7 times out of 10, there is no knockup. This applies to minions, monsters, and champions. Everything else about the ability (damage, cooldown) still works.
