Friends name wont show up on gifting center.. Their my friend, but they wont pop up..

So, when my friend tried gifting me he tried searching my Name 0FlareX but nothing popped up, Rito why.... it wouldn't work for me but it did with every other one of his friends?????!!!!! Not fair Rito..
