[Client] Runes, summoner spells, etc. resetting like it's a fresh account... again

Log into one of my accounts, choose a mode, and... it says I have an open party. That's weird, because I've closed it before.

You know what I've also done before? Fill rune pages, select summoner spells, and choose skins. And now I get to do all of that all over again, on another account, with no apparent reason of why it happened.

Fix this.
