Lower queue anger builder

I understand that those who troll, AFK, dodge and/or discriminate should be penalized. The lower priority queue is a pretty solid idea too. Recently, I had to leave a game for a few minutes and came back to 5 matchmade games in low priority (20 minute wait). This is all fine, but i've easily waited 2 times more that the 5 games should have had me waiting. The reason? When the game randomly kicks me from queue, or pvp.net DISCONNECTS AGAIN, I get ejected from the normal queue and have to wait 20 MORE MINUTES. 40 minute wait and to top it off, the game lasts 30 minutes. This happens just about every game in lower queue, and should be revised. When one gets time penalty, have it be an hour long wait for one game, THAT RESETS AFTER RUNNING OUT, SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR. Lastly, WHEN YOU HAVE A PENALTY, THE LOGICAL THING TO DO IS DO SOMETHING ELSE WHILE WAITING, WHICH CAN CRASH THE GAME, CAUSE DISCONNECTS, OR NOT TELL YOU YOU ARE DISCONNECTED AND LEAVE YOU WAITING IN GAME QUEUE FOR 10 MORE MINUTES. Anyways, please fix this as this is the most annoying thing in the world.
