[In Game] Morgana Q not working/Cannot cast Ult

Firstly I'd like to say I have never had any issues like this at any time in the past -

While playing a ranked game on 1/22/2016 I had selected Morgana, about 12 or so minutes into the game, I was over by blue, (bottom lane) and I went to cast my Q on the enemy Zed. I clearly hit him, and it continued to pass right through him. The other player acknowledged this in all chat. Shortly there after, my team engaged in a team fight - I had went in to cast my Ult, however it was not giving me the option to cast it despite more than one of the opposing enemy champions being within the cast ranged. THEN; a few minutes after that, the enemy Soraka was near the Dragon, and I went to cast my Q at her... Once again passing right through, and doing no damage she also acknowledged this in all chat.

The only items I had at the time of the Zed incident were Frost Queen's, and Boots of Speed.

The Ult incident I had Seeker's Armguard, Boots of Speed, and Frost Queen's.

The Soraka incident I believe I had a whole Zhonya's Hourglass (though I am not 100% positive on that), Boots of Speed, and Frost Queen's.

These were the only 3 times I had surely noticed it in that game.
