[GAMEPLAY] Kalista and Oathsworn Zyra Do Not Interact Properly

In-Depth Description of What Happened

I had just played a co-op game as Zyra with another summoner as Kalista. She bound to me with Black Spear but there was no visual animation, I just couldn't move for a couple seconds and thought I was just lagging until I noticed the "binding" tone and that I had received the Oathsworn buff icon. Throughout the game, Kalista and I didn't have the visual binding link connecting us when we were near each other or the usual marking beneath my champion when out of range yet we got her Sentinel passive symbols (sadly I cannot remember if I was able to consume them or not.) The Kalista was also able to ult me but i was unable to throw myself regardless of left- or right-clicked my location which was undeniably within the toss range. I was simply trapped in her until the ult timed out and released me automatically. At random times throughout the game the "binding" tone for Kalista's Black Spear active kept playing, yet nothing about our interactions changed. The Kalista also had a Black Spear in her inventory for almost all of the game even while we had perks of already having used it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as Zyra with an allied Kalista
2. Have Kalista select you as her Oathsworn

Frequency of Reproduction

1/1 and do not know if I can reproduce it. I am also unsure if this is a new problem if it turns out to be reproducible (I can't remember the last time I've witnessed a Kalista with an Oathsworn Zyra.) I've also attached a screenshot of myself having the Oathsworn buff yet no visual bind to the Kalista even though I was in range.

Edit: Just tried to reproduce it in a custom game and everything went normally even though I used the same skin, map, starting items, masteries/runes, etc. Reproduction rate now 1/2.
