''Sorry, we were unable to start your game''

So this has happened 2 times today now, 1st time wasn't serious but now the 2nd time I can't get into the game and I'm forced back into the queue. Should I be worried about my account? I don't want to get a penalty over afk or something when it was not my fault at all.
