[GAMEPLAY] Urf Riven EQ Cancel

In the popular game mode known as urf, Riven runs into a serious issue when using EQ in a very short time period. The q will be canceled and not knock up or do any dmg. It is pretty much canceled as soon as u use it. The animation starts and cancels, and you can also uses other abilities and items during the cast. This problem hurts a lot of Rivens follow up and chase. Replicate the problem by using your 2 qs first, then find an enemy target and quickly E3rdq them. The animation goes off but not damage or cc will occur. This has also been talked about by BoxBox in his latest urf videos. ONCE AGAIN, THIS BUG ONLY OCCURS IN URF!
