Banning Bug?

Waiting to rejoin queue because the game thinks I abandoned a game at champ select. It wouldn't let me press the ban button. I clicked on a champ to ban and the ban button was still grey and i couldn't click on it. After a bit it lit up but the ban would not go through it would just go to grey again and then light up. This has happened to me a lot and I'm wondering if its bugged.
